Security companies are contracted on coverage and measured on evidence. Capitán manages guard rosters, patrols, site assets and incidents in one system built for teams who work away from a desk, so what happened on shift is recorded during the shift rather than afterwards. That record serves two purposes at once: the operational one of running sites properly, and the commercial one of demonstrating that the contracted service was delivered. Security firms use it across multiple client sites, with the configuration following each contract rather than a fixed template.
