Operations software has a habit of assuming a keyboard. The people it describes are on a shop floor, on a site, in a vehicle or walking a patrol route — and every step between doing the work and recording it is a step where the record gets worse.
Capitán runs on whatever device is already in a pocket. Work orders are picked up, updated and closed where the work happens; photos, confirmations and readings are captured at the moment they mean something rather than reconstructed at the end of a shift.
Same system, smaller screen
This is not a cut-down companion app with a subset of the data. It is the same platform and the same records, laid out for a device that is held in one hand while the other is doing something useful. What someone can see and do is governed by their role, so a technician, a supervisor and a manager each get the view that fits them.
Mobile access is included in every plan. It is not a separate licence, and it is not an add-on.
Data recorded an hour later is a memory. Data recorded at the point of work is a record.
