HR that matches how your people actually work
Most HR systems assume everyone sits at a desk with the same job title for years. Capitán HR is built for organisations where people move between sites, hold different certifications, and are scheduled against work that changes week to week.
Each employee has one record — personal details, role, documents, qualifications and history — instead of a folder, a spreadsheet and an inbox.
One record, used by the rest of the platform
Because capabilities and certifications are real fields, assignments are matched to people by what they are actually qualified to do. The person scheduled to a site in Capitán FM, or logged against an operation in Capitán MES, is the same employee record — so attendance, hours and workforce reporting come from what happened rather than from a separate timekeeping system that has to be reconciled afterwards.
Nothing here assumes a particular org chart. Roles, fields and approval rules are configured to your structure, so the system reflects how the business is actually run.
Qualifications held as structured data can schedule work. Held as a note, they can only be read.
Because certifications carry validity dates, an automation can flag a lapsing qualification before it blocks a shift.
