Capitán FM keeps physical assets, the spaces they sit in and the people who look after them in a single system. Rooms and areas are assigned from templates, so a new site inherits a working setup instead of being rebuilt from scratch.
Maintenance that does not depend on memory
Assignments are matched to staff by qualification and work position, and participation confirmations surface a gap while it can still be filled. Maintenance, inspections and callouts are raised as work against the asset itself, so its history — what was done, by whom and when — stays attached to the asset rather than to a spreadsheet that leaves when its author does.
One site or fifty, the pattern is the same: assets have histories, spaces have owners, and every assignment has someone accountable for it.
An unoccupied assignment should be visible before it becomes an incident report.
Because room templates are reusable, opening an additional site is mostly configuration — not a fresh implementation project.
