Free, permanently. It is not a countdown. You get one user, one company and the core accounting module: unlimited invoices, receipts and quotes, each with an allocation number from the Tax Authority. You start paying when you outgrow it — a second user, a second company, or a module beyond the core.

You move to Free, and nothing is deleted. Every customer, item, invoice and journal entry you entered stays exactly where it is. What changes is which features you can use. Upgrade later and they come straight back — the data never moves, because it never went anywhere.

Yes. Every price on this page is per company, per month, excluding VAT. Annual billing is ten months for twelve. The per-user amounts on Growth and Pro are for each user beyond the ones the plan includes.

Yes, on every plan including Free. Capitán requests the allocation number from the Tax Authority at the moment you issue the invoice, so the document your customer receives is one they can deduct input VAT against. It also produces the מבנה אחיד (BKMV) export and the PCN874 VAT file.

Yes. We do it for you as part of onboarding — customers, items, open balances and document history. Deliberately not a self-service import button: somebody checks the opening balances, because that is the part that is expensive to get wrong and cheap to get right once.

Not as a replacement for your payroll software, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Capitán manages employees, departments, attendance and schedules, and is designed to work alongside Michpal, Malam or Hilan. Payroll filing in Israel is a certification regime; we would rather integrate with it properly than half-build it.

Yes, on every plan, at no extra cost. If your accountant manages several Capitán clients, Capitán is free for the practice itself — permanently, however many client companies they carry. Ask them to get in touch; there is a share of the subscription in it for them.

It stays yours. Cancelling closes the subscription and locks the paid features — it does not delete records. Lists and reports export to Excel and CSV throughout, and the screens you need to start paying again are always reachable, because losing access to the thing that fixes the problem is not a business model.
